The standard formula for the slope of a concrete patio is a 1/4-inch drop for every foot of length. if the slope is more gradual than this, you may run into trouble getting water to run off properly. slopes that are steeper than this are fine, but you may also wish to consider the ease of mobility on a concrete patio that is too steep.. Don't try to level, the concrete, the drainage is a good idea. just level the shed! make sure to use footers under your shed and use shims under the feet to make it level. the water will drain under the shed instead of pooling up against the uphill side.. Minimum slope per code to shed water away from the structure. my recommendation is a minimum of 1/8″ per foot, preferable is 1/4″ per foot. our office is overwhelmed in law suits over concrete balconey decks that are rotting and allowing water to pond and enter the wall system (in denver)..
